The blocks are logically built away from the MRT tracks (on the left of the layout). But being so close, you will definitely hear the trains as they pass by. The blocks are rather tightly arranged. It would be a good idea to avoid the block that faces east-west.

The best units as far as we can gather are the ones facing south. There is a sizable gap between that block and the HDB blocks in front.
